Finding the right lawyer took some time, but once we did, she definitely knew what to do. We had difficulty however, convincing her that we do not want to prevent all future contact :)

Not that I remember. He needs to get our permission to contact Simon, but that's about all there is. He also has no legal rights or responsibilities, so in the worst case scenario we can always file a restraining order. However, we seem to be very much on the same page, even now, so I don't forsee any difficulties of that sort (knock on wood)
