First day of school / Первый раз в первый класс

Today was Stacey's first class. She is now a real, honest to goodness, professor. At a real, large, university. Not that I understand why anyone would ever want to deal with college students, but she always wanted to, so congratulations!! I am very happy for you, and very proud of you!!

Сегодня Стэйси преподавала в первый раз. Она теперь настоящий професор, в настоящем, и большом, университете! Не то что бы я понимала желания учить студентиков, но так как она об этом мечтала, я за нее очень очень очень рада, и я ею очень горжусь!

Way to go, Stacey! What is she teaching? My younger son wants to teach history, but he needs to graduate from high school first :)

Computer applications, since noone wants to teach that, and she is the lowest peg on the totem pole.
And project management, which she is actually really good at.
